Leo Kane

The first thing to understand about Leo is that he is Irish. Let's remove some cliches: no he doesn’t have a pot of gold (that may be a lie), live off of potatoes (that may also be a lie), or drink until he hits someone (okay so that's a lie too). Perhaps he is a cliche, but he tried to leave it all behind him.

After finishing school, he spent three years studying with the National Performing Arts School in Dublin and still decided Ireland was too small for him. One day whilst eating his lunch “Neighbours” came on the TV and Leo had an epiphany and ran to his room to pack his bags and start his new life in super warm Melbourne and live in that house with a swimming pool. After ignoring the family's plea to stay in Ireland, Leo snubbed them, only for it to all backfire when he saw the real Melbourne upon arriving on a cold, rainy August day.

After his family refused to take him back, Leo went looking for new families and found some within Screen Actors Melbourne West and The Improv Conspiracy. He first fell in love with the Conspiracy at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival in 2013 and decided this is where he shall find his new Mummy and Daddy (and possibly some other strange family members). 

When not being a barista, Leo likes acting crazy and his new family “Skeleton Kisses” let him with the ultimatum that he had to give them all of his pot of gold, potatoes and drink.
