Learn to spot and start playing game early on in scenes so the fun can begin.

Practice framing unusual behaviour, gift giving, and justification. Being able to spot what a scene needs and taking ownership will give players the confidence to make strong choices and get to the active playing part.

Spoiler alert: the secret to doing good improv is to get reps-so come workout those brains.

From Annapolis Maryland, Beth spent the past decade in Los Angeles as an actor/comedian. She graduated from The American Academy of Dramatic Arts and trained with IO West, Miles Stroth, and UCB LA. UCB was her main home with credits including four years on Harold Night (Landlord, Zoo Zoo, PONY), house team member of CopyCat, guest performer for many sketch shows and multiple Del Close Marathons in NY. Beth has coached teams on the Harold since 2014 and likes to focus on emotional heightening & grounding, GAME, and explorative second beats. She is brand new to Australia and might make you do weird warm ups you’ve never heard of.
