Helena Esposito

Helena is an Improviser, Facilitator, Youth Mentor and all round Goofy Human. 

Helena became infatuated with Improv when she first found out about 'Theatre Sports' in High School. Alongside this, Helena has always been impressed by her Father's animated story-telling and ability to draw anyone in. And now they both seem to share the commonality of attracting conversations with just about anyone. From here, she has been on stages, radio stations, podcasts and training rooms connecting with people in a variety of ways. 

Helena adores play, connection and warmth across all areas of life, Improv is no exception. 

Helena has performed Improv and Sketch Comedy across Copenhagen (Denmark), Sydney and Melbourne, with dreams of making Improv known everywhere she goes.
