DEFROST 2026: The Block Party Jam

The block is heating up this Defrost because we’re putting on an improv jam for those who are Black, Indigenous or identify as a Person of Colour (BIPOC)!

We encourage people who identify as Black, Indigenous or as a Person of Colour to join the jam, come do some fun improvised scenes, and we’ll bring the vibes.

Anyone is welcome to come watch and support their friends do some improvised comedy, but jam participation will be limited to BIPOC-identifying improvisors.

Our goal is to provide a safe environment for BIPOC-identifying improvisors in the Melbourne improv community to come together, play freely, and create connection.
