Improv Accelerator for Actors and Comedians - Term 3 2026 - Monday

The foundations of long-form improv for experienced stage and screen performers – equivalent to both of our Starter courses in a single 8-week package

Please note, eligibility requires filling out a short application form: Accelerator Form – if approved, we will send you the booking password.

---

This course is designed to teach the fundamentals of long-form improv at an accelerated pace to individuals with prior professional training in acting, theatre, or comedy. Or relevant industry experience.

We know that Melbourne has a tonne of really talented stage and screen performers who would benefit from learning improv in an environment where they aren’t covering any old ground around stage craft, confidence, emotions etc. waiting for folks with no prior experience to catch up.

So if you’re ready to dive in to improv to improve your already established practice, when this is the place for you.

---

The course is equivalent to our Improv Starter 1: Introduction to Long Form Improv and Improv Starter 2: Character and Relationship courses – but takes place over a single term instead of two.

Passing the course guarantees you access to our Development Track which includes courses like Rep City.

While not guaranteed, it is our sincere hope that many passing students will also score an invitation to participate in our Performance Track
